Job Purpose
- Lead RD Market Development team to drive rare disease ecosystem building thru external multi stakeholder engagement, work with cross functional team together to facilitate RD diagnosis, CoE building, disease management and patient access in assigned therapeutic area.
- Lead appropriate product and disease related scientific communication and collaborate with cross functional team to provide optimal solution to the patients.
- Lead sales operation, business development for assigned product in the provinces in case the provincial RD innovative funding is established.
Major Accountabilities
- Establish an effective RD Market Development team and works with cross functional team and external partners to improve RD ecosystem building incl. diagnosis, disease management and local reimbursement breakthrough etc.
- Make KOL engagement plan and establish effective working relationships with KOL locally and nationally which can influence RD SoC.
- Provide on-site coaching to the team for reinforcing disease and product related scientific communication to HCPs and officials / payors who may concern rare disease.
- Understand patient needs and provide tailor-made solution working with cross functional team, work with Patient Service to support patient with disease management services (i.e. local infusion, follow-up check-ups, etc).
- Manage operating budgets and oversee the process of expense management.
- Strictly follow company compliance and SOP requirements.
In case assigned product obtain local reimbursement in the provinces/cities
- Responsible for the sales effort in provinces/cities where assigned RD product gains reimbursement and achieve all geographic product revenue and expense targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategy for assigned RD products, set territory target, and drive outstanding sales execution by effective coaching and management.
Ideal Background
- Education: Bachelor’s degree and above, preferably in medical or biology related areas.
- Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
Competency Profile
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry with at least 2 years manager-level role in RSM, RPM Lead, MSL manager or above.

Job Purpose
- Provide leadership expertise to enable China strategy and optimize business operation & execution within and across all areas of China organization, Functioning as a strategic and operational advisor to China GM.
Major Accountabilities
- Support to achieve mid to long term strategic objectives which is related to China strategies by identifying risks, diagnosing issues and championing solutions.
- Oversee the curation of agenda topics for the China Leadership Team (CLT) and local governance with biz review as well as ensuring focused discussion and achievement of the objectives.
- Drive new product launch readiness plan and local RD reimbursement plan from project management perspective by collaborating with China cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and KPIs well achieved.
- Collaborate with CDMA, RA, BD, FIN on portfolio management and BD opportunities assessment by providing industry knowledge and expertise to support long-term China strategies.
- Enhance commercial operation by building governance on planning at brand level, regional level and country level and developing customer facing excellence of commercial team.
- Build SFE capabilities and business intelligence, driving evidence-based decision-making, provide support on FTE deployment, sales target setting, incentive plan design and commercial training.
Ideal Background
- Education: Bachelor’s degree and above, preferably in medical or biology related areas. MBA education is a plus.
- Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.

- 10+ years’ work experience in Healthcare industry, preferably in strategic planning, new product planning or commercial operation excellence with proven track record. Consulting background is a plus.

- Responsible for the business operations of North Region (including Beijing, Hebei, Tianjin, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shanxi, Ningxia, Gansu, Qinghai and Inner Mongolia), focusing on the management of DTP pharmacies and distributors, the online marketing of products and support for sales.
Major Accountabilities
- Manage the distribution channels in the region to ensure the smoothness of the medicine distribution channels and the stability of prices.
- Collect the sales flows, manage the purchase, sales, inventory situation and inventory turnover days of distributors and DTP pharmacies.
- Support the implementation of charity projects and the management of PAP pharmacies.
- Support the Bidding Manager in online marketing and price negotiation on platforms of provinces and municipalities.
- Support the hospital access, the development of self-paid pharmacies of hospitals and the price negotiation through cooperation with distributors.
Background
- In medicine, pharmaceutics, marketing, or relevant majors.

Job Purpose
- Responsible for the online marketing of new medicines for tumours and rare diseases in all provinces and municipalities of China, collecting and collating the bidding information of all regions, maintaining the price system of the launched products. Communicate and cooperate with the Marketing Department according to the bidding policies.
Major Accountabilities
- Analyse the online marketing regulations of provinces/municipalities to create schemes accordingly.
- Visit the procurement platforms of core provinces and establish good relationship with key customers.
- Maintain the national price system of the launched products.
- Analyse the procurement trend and formulate bidding strategies accordingly.
Background
- > 8 years of experience in online marketing of medicines.
